Pepperidge farm had a hot fudge sundae that you microwaved for 20 seconds that was fantastic. But I must have been the only one eating it.
And the Chokolate (sp?) candy bar.

Those Pillsbury Space Food Sticks. The chocolate and vanilla ones. They really didn't taste that good, but the marketing was the key.
I remember the commercials where they touted them as a space food, and the astronaut was walking about and had a little hole in the faceplate where he could slide in a food stick.
As a kid of about 4, I didn't know any better. Obviously most people did because they didn't stay around long.

The jalapeno chicken sandwich at El Pollo Loco. Chicken breast, pico de gallo, and fresh cilantro on this amazing jalapeno bread....It was absolutely to die for.

Ohhhhh.... I'm so jealous!!!!! The irony is, CA has the reputation of being so health conscious, but I swear there were more fast food chains per square mile for every food imaginable. lol.
