topale said:Alright. There's no reason this needs to get out of control. Back when I joined, Beco was the first person to erk me here with a "shut up" comment and went on to hijack my thread. People don't forget that kind of shit.
I sucked it up for the most part and let it go back then.
Today I see him blatently plagiarize something. I wasn't rude about it or anything but pointed it out. And here we are.
Nothing to see here...can we please move along?

Moonlust said:Well, why not? Menstruation is god's gift to us women. I love it.
But by the way, JinXed was probably the first and only person here who was actually nice to me until I posted my keister off enough to not be considered lame anymore. Whatever that means. But I'll always remember that. And I always imagine Beco giggling a lot, when he's posting.
What did Beco plagarize?JinXed said:He plagiarized, topale noticed it and I picked up the ball since it was ignored and called him on it.
It amazes me for how long Lit Regulars have decided newbies remain "new". I think it should be measured by post count. Of course, that would make me a newbie tooFinePhilly said:I have noticed, but apparently my observations are void because I haven't been here quite a year yet and I dont' know anything.![]()

I wasn't thinking of you (or anyone in particular) when I made that statement. I've never given any thought to what you think about newbies or their status. In fact, I can't think of a single poster I could point out who has given newbies problems just for being new. I just think it's lame that people do it.JinXed said:I'm surprised that you're falling into the belief that I actually care about newbie status. It isn't relevant, until someone says "it's always this way or that way here" and they don't have the background here to really know that if it is or isn't.

It was that one, D.
I linked it in this thread - I find it oh so funny that I'm being mean by calling him out about it, and the assumption is that I only do it because I don't like him. *snorts*
Yeah, I figured it was that post. I knew it wasn't something Beco could come up with.JinXed said:I'm surprised that you're falling into the belief that I actually care about newbie status. I think it's cute and funny when newish posters feel like they've got a handle on how this place works and then make threads about it, or make threads about how we all ought to try and be a kinder, gentler GBI think it's a sweet notion but I cringe and try to resist the urge to send a private message warning "Run for the hills! They're gonna eat you alive!".
As for Beco, I think I've had him on Ignore since shortly after he began posting here regularly.
JinXed said:...He plagiarized, topale noticed it and I picked up the ball since it was ignored and called him on it. Want I should ignore that and allow people to think that it's okay to post things - as if they were their own thoughts? I mean, would that be the good thing to do? Should I hold that in silently instead of calling attention to it?
Or he could be original and go Vintage http://tinyurl.com/d9nolJinXed said:Avery needs to toss him down to get her  back from him.
If the General Board has a "nice place", I have yet to see itJinXed said:So to hop in and insinuate that I must be pms'ing because I have the nerve to be "snarky" to poor dear Beco (by pointing out that he plagiarized his post) and bringing the GB out of the nice place it usually is, is hilarious. To me at least.
Cherry said:I wonder if Beco's critics realize what a hugely successful and wealthy man he is. I can assure you, he didn't earn that status through stupidity.
I'll stand in line with Beco's buddies any day.
LadyG said:The one thing about Beco...he stays constant. He's not two faced nor a backstabber.
