Although I do Like the play on words here , I'm just not 100% that it's legit .
The Official Mellencamp website lists it as " I Need A Lover " .
I'll be happy to add this to our ever growing list if we can somehow find it under your example .

I'd also have to add that " Anita Lover " sounds like it could be a perfect B side to Darling Nikki ,
